This Upload Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between [KENAFF] (“Organization”) and the user (“User”) who wishes to upload and contribute articles to the KENAFF blog. By submitting articles to the KENAFF blog, User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Ownership and Rights: (a). User represents and warrants that they are the rightful owner of the articles they submit and that the articles are original works created by them. (b). User retains the copyright to their articles but grants the Organization a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the articles on the KENAFF blog.
2. Content Guidelines: (a). User agrees to abide by the Content Guidelines provided by KENAFF for submitting articles. These guidelines include but are not limited to the relevance of content to agricultural topics, informative and valuable content, adherence to ethical practices, and avoidance of offensive or discriminatory material. (b). User acknowledges that the Organization has the right to review, moderate, edit, or reject articles that do not meet the Content Guidelines or quality standards of the KENAFF blog.
3. Intellectual Property: (a). User agrees that the articles submitted do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, or patents. (b). User will be solely responsible for any legal claims or disputes arising from the infringement of intellectual property rights.
4. Grant of Rights: (a). User grants the Organization the right to modify, edit, format, or adapt the articles for clarity, grammar, spelling, or to meet the blog’s formatting standards. (b). User acknowledges that the Organization has the right to remove or delete the articles from the KENAFF blog at any time, without prior notice, if deemed necessary.
5. User Responsibility: (a). User bears full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the articles submitted. (b). User agrees not to submit any confidential or proprietary information through the KENAFF blog. (c). User indemnifies and holds the Organization harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the submitted articles or their use on the KENAFF blog.
6. Termination: (a). Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. (b). Upon termination, the Organization will remove the User’s articles from the KENAFF blog within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

By submitting articles to the KENAFF blog, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Upload Agreement.
